So your god resides on a planet with gravity so he needs legs and arms and has to take a leak and poop? Can it have kids? Which brand of genitalia does it have? Who is your god's lover? Do they smoke a cig and drink a glass of wine afterwards? Could your god be gay? That could explain why he valued men at 50 shekels and women only 35.

God is spirit. He made mankind physically like the animals, but in the spiritual image and likeness of Himself with the ability to create and to know Him. HalleluYah !!! Praise the Lord!

So his spirit looks like mankind? Why would it select mankind as a model? There must be millions of alien civilizations in the universe, some of them undoubtedly more advanced than humans. Why wouldn't it have used them as a model? Also, why would an infinite god NEED to look like mankind in the first place? That implies we are the crown of creation, but really just an arrogant theists making up tales again and again and again.

I think we are to be the crown of God's creation when it is all finished. The Holy Bible says that we Christians will judge the angels of God.

That is part of it. What I am talking about is mankind thinking they can have a god modeled from themselves, which is preposterous on the face of it. You say your god modeled man after his spiritual self. Actually, it's the other way round.

That is one of the central underpinnings of your religion, great for making poor people feel special. Actually all it does is further the political aims of the church by making sure the church becomes strong politically. Worked for about 1900 years too. Not so much in the 20th and 21st century though.
