So non-Christians who lead their lives virtuously do not end up in "hell"?

That was my point in your other thread about the JWs.

I asked you if that was your only problem with them and why didn't their obviously fractured and man-made dogma alarm you nearly as much as their corporate "ethics".

Edit: well, to be fair, the other thread wasn't about the JWs, but it became such after being invaded by them.

Im surprised you did not know that the overwhelming majority of Christians believe in eternal torment for anyone who dont 'know of' or 'believe in' Christ.
I guess it's good that at least you have a new drum to bang other than the tired old "most Christians believe they are saved forever and they think they can continue to sin and still be saved" baloney.

At least this one has a remnant of truth to it.

The Bible says Christ went to hell.

Let me just point out that many of the Christians [you included] dont believe that you NEED to love one another, ie it is not necessary. It is optional, or it is a result of being a Christian. Love automatically follows, which is untrue.

What exactly is .. strive to lift up Jesus. Is that something the bible said to do. I cannot remember that expression.
I don't see a huge amount of evidence in this forum that *you* believe this either, especially the bit about loving your Christian brothers.

Also, some of us have a bit more intelligence than those who restrict their beliefs to what is found in black and white in the Bible. There are meanings found "between the lines", just like any other book. Preachers have been paraphrasing the Bible for millenia. "Where does it say that in the Bible?" is a question whose only purpose is to "shout down" someone else. Literalists don't do Christianity any favors, as I've often said.

What have you seen me say that would make you say that?
If I cannot, or you cannot love those we see here in this life how can we
say we love God who we cannot see?

Don't worry, Kelly. Apparently, it's just part of "his" dogma that "most Christians" be found wanting. He conveniently ignores the beam in his own eye.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't KellyJay have a 'most Christians are found to be wanting' philosophy too?

If someone shows no love for their fellow man and yet he claims to be a Christian then according to what I understand from the Bible that person will NOT get eternal life.

You do not believe that. You have already said that they are saved and cannot lose their eternal life.
This is what comes from only believing what is found in Matthew 5-7 and NOTHING else.

Maybe you need to expand that tiny little window you look out at the world from, let some sun in once in a while.

And maybe try reading (and believing!) more of the Bible than your little hand-picked bits. I mean, yeah, the Sermon on the Mount is great and all, but there's a LOT more Bible out there. Maybe get a little perspective.

I haven't seen Kelly do nearly as much judging though.

He also assumes Christians follow God.

Rajk doesn't. He assumes most don't. That doesn't help anyone, including himself.

Obviously thats a very big shift in your doctrine.
Please quote me where I said that!

I say enough stuff that people can gripe at me for good reason, with him
and me, I think he just accuses me of saying things that I have never said.
It is almost like he just wants to disagree with me, so he puts words
in my mouth, just to accuse me of something. I've been here a long time,
and I defy him to find me ever saying what he just accused me of saying.
Sad thing for him, the thing he accuses me of saying, I believe the two of
us more than likely agree more than we disagree.

Hypocrite, much?

Where did Divegeester say, as you claimed:

You don't like the idea of Hell, so those that believe in it are
worse to you than those that would murder

Or do you agree that you were putting words in his mouth?

He took it upon himself to compare the two, I have never said once saved
always saved.
