Yes you DO reject many other sciences because a lot of them say rocks are billions of years old, the science that does that is NOT evolution it is in the field of geology. You reject the data that says the universe is 14 billion years old which comes not from evolution but astronomy.
You reject the math used, it is obviously bogus, which is not evolution, you reject biochemistry which is not evolution when it supports it.
You reject the scientific method, Karl Popper and all that when it supports evolution but that is not evolution.
So you reject ALL those sciences. Period. You do not have the scientific authority to say what part of a science is bogus and what is genuine because you are not a scientist you are a YEC living in the 10th century in your mind.

darwin didn't invent his theory, he based it on previous knowledge.
afterwards we refined his theories and added to that knowledge. today you don't have darwinian evolution, you have evolution. better explained and even better proven.
