yeah I agree with you..he was not a very good captain. The arsenal players did not like him being captain as most said so after he left!

Looks like Wenger's following your advice. Cesc does seem the natural choice at this point. Toure's not a bad suggestion, either, but health issues seem to be creeping up with him lately.

I think Arsenal might definitely improve. A relatively young team with an unpopular captain was a recipe for failure. Gallas' rant might have been the best thing he did for the Gunners so far.
