He is doing that by calling for impeachment of judges he doesn't like or getting death threats on the judges and their families.
Total intimidation and Judges are now fearing for their lives and the lives of their families, I guess you would not have heard THAT tid bit from Newsmax or Fox so called news.
One problem for Trump with these EO's is while HE can maybe ignore court orders, his underlings cannot, THEY can go to jail IMMEDIATELY if they defy court orders. So there WILL be negative consequences from Trump POV for these despicable actions.

ACTUAL court filings by the government shows CLEARLY the access Musk is allowed to see is FULLY WRITE AND READ, so Musk can do anything he wants with such data, a proven enemy of Trump? Alter say his SS payments, a message saying you have been overpaid by 300,000 dollars and we expect a payment for that amount by next Tuesday or some such.

Musk just proved how much of a puppet Trump is, in a recent WH meeting with the upper ranks of Trump world, Musk comes in totally ignoring dress codes AND carrying one of his dozen kids on his shoulder, a 4 yo.
So Musk starts talking and the kid approaches Trump and starts talking.
Trump pointedly looks the other way and the kid seeing that, backs off. Then starts talking while picking inside his nose and Trump reaching out to move the kid away.
