The BBC remedial measures are to solve a problem caused by racism; they aren't "racism".

They are treating people differently based on their ethnicity. It is by definition racist.

It is impossible to remedy past racial discrimination without taking "race" into account. And its frankly Orwellian to label such attempts as "racism".
