The results are finalized when the Board of State Canvassers certifies the election approximately 3 weeks after Election Day. The upper-left corner of the results screen indicates whether they are “official” or “unofficial” (“Type: General, Official” or “Type: General, Unofficial&rdquo😉, as well as the date and time of the most recent update."

So as explained to you numerous times and backed up by the articles you keep citing, no actual votes were "flipped". The County Clerk of Antrim County made an error in reporting the unofficial results on Election Night but even that was corrected in the unofficial totals. And it would have obviously been caught in the canvass when bipartisan boards are required to review and enumerate the tabulator tapes (which were accurate).
