ah, so people who disagree with your political opinions are racist, even if they won't admit it you say?

That's a pretty terrible way to talk about people you don't know. Of the people you actually do know who are republicans, would you say the majority of them are racists? You're saying your friends who are republicans are racists?

Have you tried to telling your friends that's what you think of them?
No.

Racists are racists.

I've said it before. If you don't wanna be seen as a racist, don't say racist s--t.

And people I know who are racists are not my friends. Sorry.

Have you read any of this thread?

define what you think racism is

How many times does it need to be explained to you?

no1: Sure, there aren't really races in humans but some people are not only incorrect in believing there are but extraordinarily stupid enough to believe that Race A is superior to Race B. This has adverse consequences for individuals of Race B.

It has been the scientific consensus that races don't really exist in ...[text shortened]... h is round and revolves around the sun."

And even though there is no basis for the idea of races, yes, there IS 'racism'.

Humans. What are ya gonna do?

I think I've said enough in this thread for even you to 'get it'.

Always your fallback, isn't it?

Not what he said.

That you are sufficiently uneducated, stubborn and ignorant not to accept this scientific fact doesn't make it any less true.
I'm well aware of the science. πŸ˜†

BUT... I still believe support for trans was a big factor in Dems losing this election. The right hammering on 'paying for sex changes for inmates' was not about science. It was about the politics of scaring people - which Republicans do very well and which, from what I have seen, Dems have no real response to.

Science and rationality are NOT ENOUGH. The American people are not that scientific, and not that rational.

So - what else have we got?

"These “believe the science” scolds are little more than thinly vailed efforts to attack conservatives who ask reasonable questions. They also convey a sanctimonious intellectual superiority over anyone who challenges the left."

Science relies on observations and testable hypotheses. Science can tell you there are mostly XX and XY genotypes, plus mutants like XXY, XO, and chimeras; and various ways those genetics are phenotypically expressed: straight, gay, bi, hermaphrodite, asexual, etc.

Science will never tell you 'which bathroom should people use?' because that is not a scientific question. The question is incomplete from a scientific point of view. It's not testable with data. Questions like that are political.

And not to be intellectually superior, but it's 'thinly veiled'... πŸ˜†

Directing hatred at minorities is a standard right wing political strategy.

The job of progressives is to convince the People that is wrong, not surrender to it.

square that with this...

"It has been the scientific consensus that races don't really exist in humans since before an old codger like me was born:"

If race is determined by location...why have there not been any NEW races?

Say a chinese family moves to the Canada and lives there for generations and only marrys other chinese, do you think they would eventually come to look like a Canadian?
