I have aways disagreed (and will always disagree) that 'racism against whites' is impossible. I think the first time I heard that statement was in the 1980's (from a black person). The "Left" doesn't ask people to believe the illogical. They simply believe that most people should at least learn what racism is, and to shun it. To do otherwise, such as embracing it, is illogical.

And "not having much of an impact" is one step away from being impossible. Do white children ever come home from school crying, and say "I wish I wasn't born white"? No, they do not. Because they have an advantage over those who were not born white in our current society.
