A 'Mufti" was a Muslim scholar qualified to give legal opinions (fatwas) on Islamic law.

I am a Christian, not a Muslim. How you've missed this, considering how many times I've mentioned it, is beyond me. My Christian faith is what sustains me, and is the main reason why I am a Democrat. I favor this over the monstrously false "Christianity" motivating most Republicans.
