@shavixmir
The conclusion of that forensic analysis would have let Fox News off the hook for certain, even if it is a pack of lies as democrat authoritarians would like to believe. Fox News cannot legally be held accountable for reporting the forensic analysis conclusion. Common sense to anyone who is capable of thinking for themselves.
Fox News simply used the Dominion lawsuit (without merit) as an excuse to silence Tucker for being against the Ukraine war. It had nothing to do with Dominion. Ask Phil Donahue. He knows.

@metal-brain saidNo. The article itself clearly does. Actually read the article for your proof.
Yes, did you?
Here it is again:

@suzianne saidThe article is not critical of the analysis. The article reasonably reports that certain people are critical of the analysis and it also reports the forensic analysis report. You are simply interpreting the article the way you want to.
Stop using an article critical of the analysis to claim the analysis is correct.
If the forensic analysis report was wrong why didn't certain people critical of the analysis get a second opinion? By not doing so those certain people are letting the report stand uncontested. Happy with that?
@Metal-Brain
AH, So THAT is why Fox handed over near 800 million to Dominion. Boy, that really explains THAT.
@sonhouse saidFox did NOT hand over 800 million over to Fox News and they never will. I'll bet you still think Alex Jones will pay the full amount for the Sandy Hook scandal too. To you state law does not exist.
@Metal-Brain
AH, So THAT is why Fox handed over near 800 million to Dominion. Boy, that really explains THAT.
He will never have to pay the full amount either. Even if they did they would just pass that cost to anybody who has cable or satellite TV. You have no idea what you are talking about. You just repeat rumors like a parrot.
STOP SPREADING MISINFORMATION!

Constitutional attorney Mark DePerno summarizes what the forensics examination of two Antrim County, Michigan Dominion Voting machines revealed. A judge allowed the release of the report today, Monday December 14.
DePerno says the analysis shows the software has a 68% error rate, by design, allowing huge numbers of votes to be flagged for "adjudication" in a process that would allow potential fraud.
He also says that the election data from the machines was improperly deleted on November 4 even though it's required to be maintained. Read the report here.

@metal-brain saidLMAO! That "audit" was shredded a year and a half ago as a shoddy propaganda piece done by people with no expertise in voting systems. That you absurdly dug it up doesn't warrant beating its poor dead carcass again.
Notice that no1 did not post anything on this thread.
This thread proves Tucker Carson did not lie about Dominion. That is why no1 has avoided this thread like the plague.
