GFY. I didn't lie about it at all. As already explained:

""Laughed our of court" is a colloquial term; it's quite obvious the judge found the report you keep relying on to have no evidentiary value."

You apparently still think otherwise even though the case the plaintiff introduced the report to bolster was tossed out of court when the State's hand audit showed no m ...[text shortened]... claims of the report.

You are either extremely dishonest, extremely stupid or (most likely) both.
You made it up. You are a lying piece of crap.
All the judge did was follow the constitution like he is supposed to.

He is the very judge who had the report you falsely claim he laughed out of court released to the public. Is it your position that disregarding the constitution is the only way he could have avoided not laughing it out of court? MORON!

Admit you lied!

Yes, he had it released.

Then he dismissed the case the plaintiff was using the report to try to bolster his false claims of irregularities caused by the Dominion voting machines.

I've given you multiple links showing just that, so your bluff that if you keep screaming "You're lying!" is going to change the facts of the case isn't going to work.

The author of your report claimed:

""The results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable," Ramsland wrote. "This is a result of machine and/or software error, not human error."

Yet, the results were certified, verified by hand audit and the judge upheld that decision. The report you keep relying on was found by the legal system to be worthless.

Deal with it.

Irrelevant!

The MI constitution requires the Sec of State do the audit, period!
The judge had no choice but to rule the way he did. He did so without prejudice, which is what judges are supposed to do.

You are a liar! Nobody laughed it out of court. Not even close.
The hand audit found miscounts, but not enough to swing the election. That is the only reason it was certified. The reality is Bailey had a good case, but he was not allowed to conduct an audit because the constitution required the Sec of State to do the audit. Sadly, the Sec of State tried to destroy the election evidence before a forensic analysis could take place which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

That's right. Benson tried to violate the MI constitution to destroy the evidence, yet the MI constitution required Benson to conduct the hand audit so the fox ended up guarding the hen house. The Judge's hands were tied.

You are a pathetic liar that cannot admit it because of ego. Benson is a corrupt Sec of State who tried destroy evidence in violation of the constitution to prevent a the forensic analysis, block the report from the forensic analysis from being released and guess who stopped her? THE SAME JUDGE YOU SAID LAUGHED Bailey OUT OF COURT. Ridiculous!

You are a willfully ignorant moron because of political bias. All that judge did was do his job by upholding the MI constitution as all judges pledged to do under oath. He had no choice dumb ass!

I am laughing you out of this forum. Read your own links next time.

So according to you, the plaintiff won the case because according to the report you keep citing the results from Dominion's voting machines weren't "certifiable".

LMAO!

You really are incredibly stupid and/or incredibly dishonest or both.

WOW! You lied again!

I never said the results were not certifiable. I said the count can be wrong and still be certifiable. You must falsely believe every single vote was verified by a hand count in Michigan. Almost every recount is different than the original count. Michigan was no exception. The original count was not verified to every single vote cast. Even one of the links you posted said "almost" all of the votes in Michigan were accounted for. You didn't notice that, did you?

Oh, and there is no Santa Clause. Don't kill the messenger.
And for heaven's sake, STOP LYING!

The report that was "laughed out of court" AGAIN.
Not only are you lying, you have not explained why Dominion did not sue ASOG.
Dominion officials stated that ASOG lied multiple times about Dominion. Here is just one example. ASOG alleged that the ranked choice voting program was activated which altered the vote count. Dominion stated that switching on that program was "impossible".

Somebody lied. If it was ASOG why didn't Dominion sue them for defamation? Can't Dominion prove it is "impossible" to turn on the ranked choice program option? Perhaps Dominion could not prove it and did not want to be "laughed out of court".

Tucker had the best defense in the world. All he had to say is that he believed the report from ASOG. That means Fox had the best defense in the world. The reality is that Dominion had no case, but Fox settled anyway to dupe people into thinking Tucker lied so they could silence Tucker without having to explain why they got rid of him (with pay). Further evidence it was not about lying is that Judge Pirro was the main person Dominion complained about in their defamation lawsuit against Fox, but she is still working at Fox.

Hey no1, why did MSNBC fire Phil Donahue?
