In other parts of the world where there is no white supremacy to blame the situation among many black communities is no dfferent .. poverty, crime, drugs, illegal guns, gangs, fatherless homes, prostitution and unemployment. Their lives are a mess and there is no whites to blame. Oh ... sorry, they do blame whites for coming into their country centuries ago.
In the US blacks have a homicide rate over 20 times higher than whites in the 15–24 age group. In all countries the crime rate among blacks is higher then any other group, and it always someone elses fault.

The only serious crimes here is the physical assault and possibly the threats and trespassing. Furthermore, one is supposedly presumed innocent until proven guilty here in the USA; however, I don't know about Germany.
Insults? is this a crime in Germany? anyone? Interesting either way.
It does not look like he is a good candidate for citizenship if the allegations are true; in my opinion anyway. I have seen people turn around from worse than this with proper medical attention; both physically, mentally, and spiritually.
