You continually take a partial/ particular point and then extrapolate from that to the universal/ general. This is faulty reasoning. It is like saying that because two people called Paul commit a crime all 'Pauls' are likely to be criminals.
I'm not saying that Muslims don't commit crimes, just that they don't (necessarily) commit them because they are Muslims. The proof? If you are correct that all Muslims are 'fanatics' and that there are 'no moderates' why aren't they (all) simply killing anyone that isn't a Muslim? Unlike you (I presume) I have lived in a mixed community and saw very little (no) violence of the kind you insist is everywhere.
You need to think more critically and don't be too keen to agree with someone just because they are saying things that boost your (already existing) perceptions. Try reading Righteous Minds by Jonathan Haidt or The Master and His Emissary by Iain McGilchrist, they both address this issue from different perspectives.
Otherwise, I fear that you will be easy prey for those who will use your fears and anxieties against you for their own (typically $$$ based) ends.
