The post that was quoted here has been removedI’m talking to you though, this isn’t a school playground so your “please sir He / She started it” is incongruous.
If someone makes a racist statement or comment then call it out but to use the racist slur just because you do not like the idea of certain nations being critiqued at all unless it’s a very weak and well qualified comment of your own is the epitome of fragility. If you cannot defend your favoured nation on the facts then just stay away from the discussion because you are giving Asians a bad name on this forum when it comes to China.
Your ridiculous strawman festival type reply to my post is a prime example. We are here as debaters to debate actual facts and give an opinion on them not to ignore the facts we don’t like and attack the presenter of the facts.
So what do you think about China’s attitudes and policies in regard to homosexuality?

A typical Asian country. Siam. No, wait, they don't call it that anymore. Howbout Burma. No, wait, they don't call it that anymore either. Indonesia. OK -> Indonesia. Do they still call it Indonesia?
Siam is now Thailand. But that was close!
Burma is now Myanmar. Remember Burma Shave? too young, I bet.

The post that was quoted here has been removed“ As I recall, Kevcvs57 has earlier shown some disturbing Sinophobic prejudices. ”
Well that’s simply a lie.
Perhaps you could quote these Sinophobic remarks of mine so I can either recant them or defend them as facts rather than Sinophobia.
“ And I don't recall Kevcvs57 writing much, if anything, against the ocean of anti-Chinese racism.”
Your recollection is very patchy today, I’m pretty sure I would call it out if I was involved in such a discussion of which there have been far too many. But I’m not about to call out someone for critiquing the policies of the CCP let alone simply debating them.
“ So I don't regard Kevcvs57 as someone who's seriously interested in learning”
I take it by “learning” you mean being in lock step with your perversely one dimensional view of the world and the races that inhabit it.
Your correct though, I’m not interested in that, but if your posting an interesting view of historical or current affairs then I’m certainly prepared to learn what I can from that as I am in regard to many posters and their input.
“ I think that I already have explained what I think about Chinese attitudes toward
LGBT people enough for Teinosuke, a gay man. I see no need to repeat myself
simply because Kevcvs57 seems too lazy to read my earlier posts in this thread.”
Perhaps I did and simply could not see it for the heavy qualifications and irrelevant whataboutism’s surrounding it 🤷🏻♂️
The post that was quoted here has been removed“As I recall, Kevcvs57 has liked to rationalize that the popular wildly factually inaccurate racist
demonization here of Chinese is just criticism of the Chinese Communist Party.
I know of no indication that Kevcvs57, given his tireless dishonest distortions of
what I write, has any sincere interest in learning anything beyond his cherished propaganda.”
You recall nothing of the sort you are simply resorting to your stock in trade strategy of lying about a poster when you’ve lost the moral debate. It is definitely you who is either unwilling or incapable of learning. Like some other racists here you simply cannot get past your learned and deeply held prejudices.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cathay
The name Cathay originates from the word Khitan[1] (Chinese: 契丹; pinyin: Qìdān), the name of a nomadic people who founded the Liao dynasty which ruled much of today's Northern China from 916 to 1125,
Latins started using the name Cathay, not Anglos. Marco Polo...
The post that was quoted here has been removed"Note that many racist white writers here have condemned Chinese culture and Chinese people."
- Duchess64
No they haven't. If so, provide proof.
Duchess64 attempts to conflate criticism of the Chinese Government with racist remarks against the Chinese people.
In doing so, her dishonesty may serve her masters well; but it does nothing to improve appearances nor the honor deserved by the Chinese people.
By Duchess64's standard; she is one of the worst racist writers here. The culture and people of the U.S and the U.K. have been Duchess64's constant propaganda targets of choice in these forums for years.
When confronted with said facts, she accuses us of "fragility".
Her desperate tactic of projection is obvious to all, but perhaps, herself.
@Duchess64 -
This Chinatown has a much better record on Covid-19 than affluent white neighborhoods in San Francisco.
And that's largely because ethnic Chinese were, starting early, much more vigilant
and proactive than most white Americans toward the threat of Covid-19.
- EoT: You'd have to prove that to me. I have my sincere doubts. There is a very good chance
that the protection that Chinese people have from the Sars-Cov-2 virus is genetic in nature.
@Duchess64 -
In Chinatown, about everyone started wearing masks well before the US government
advised them to because they knew that people in China already were wearing masks.
-EoT; yes, and we all know that masks don't do *crap* to protect us. So this is not an suitable answer.
The post that was quoted here has been removedIt is commonly known that Chinese people moving abroad are monitored by their own governments for loyalty.
Sino Tibetan-Spy Angwang talked about how he worked with the Chinese Communist Party to spy on the Tibetan community abroad, and wished to recruit even more spies to observe and monitor them:
Angwang was also allegedly collecting information on the New York Police Department for the CCP. According to charging documents, Angwang explicitly explained to his official handler that he wished to be promoted within the NYPD to bring “glory to China.” He also planned to condition special Chinese visas to recruit Tibetan Americans for CCP intelligence work.
https://foreignpolicy.com/2021/01/05/refugees-chinese-espionage-charges-tibet/
Why would anyone not think that high profile Chinese-Americans are victims of espionage, or willing participants in Chinese espionage, if completely unremarkable and regular Tibetan people are subjected to espionage by the Communist surveillance state of China even while living abroad?
The idea that these people are not somehow beholden to the Communist party, whether due to their families and their fortune being threatened or through willing cooperation with them, is preposterous.
How much do you really know about China?
My guess is that you know all of this.
But you will not comment on it negatively, because it would invariably negatively impact your social credit score.
