Look at the date of this document. When did a pro-homosexual stance being to be propagated in US society? Was it before or after the release of this document?

What year did the show Soap show up on the air? It is the first mainstream show that I can remember that chose to have a homosexual character. Try 1977
Putting the character on that show was the beginning of normalizing homosexuality.

Make sure to understand that I am talking about the elites of those cultures who are pushing homosexuality. I am not talking about all countries.
As far as I know, India has had no interest in trying to lower their population. China has tried other means, which I have already dealt with.
This homosexual push is from the West, so it is specifically an idea pushed by the US and Western Europe.

They are doing it in many ways. Trying to normalize and popularize homosexuality is one of the ways. The time of the introduction of homosexuality as normalized behavior times in rather well with the document I provided.
