She was not trying to overrun the officer. She was trying to escape, after being told several times to get out of the vehicle. In trying to escape she floored the gas, turned the steering wheel away from the officer, but she did brush close enough for the man to feel threatened. The officer was right to shoot. The intention of the officer was not to kill, the same way her ...[text shortened]... s around, guns and in this case vehicles, you need to exercise some care. She chose the wrong road.
You narrate unknown details of what you think happened, and pretend to know the inner thoughts of the officers and victim and what words were exchanged, and then call me biased for simply describing what was in the video.

In at least one account, an officer told her to move the vehicle.

That's insufficient under the law as already explained.
Marauder Explains!!!! All Hail!
Wait till he really pontificates. One could best him in this argument, of course, but his fail-safe Nonrefutable response will be to overwhelm you with natural law!!!!!
Neither natural law nor international law have a police force to enforce those laws, so don’t waste your time refuting.

Only in your imagination...
What a liar.

My my, are you refuting the arguments of your co-conspirators on this issue? You are correct, that they do not know squat. Only overnight have we learned that she was in training to defy the officers or the police or whatever y’all are calling them today. Stalked them, tempted and encouraged them.
That adds a lot of color to the conservative points of view, doesn’t it?

- A campaign by right-wing organizations and US government agencies resulted in mass firings and disciplinary actions against people seen as celebrating Kirk's death.

I gave the law regarding use of deadly force on page 3 of this thread and on page 5 I quoted DOJ and DHS policies which are in line with the same.

I feel no need to keep repeating it. This shooting clearly does not meet legal standards.

keep lying to yourself...it is never legal to attack someone with a vehicle

You have a ridiculous, moronic habit of calling people liars and then pretty much admitting they are telling the truth.

The ICE agent fired at least three times, twice "from the side" which means the car was already past him just like I said. Furthermore, he clearly violated Federal guidelines by not simply moving out of the way rather than using deadly force as a firs ...[text shortened]... ony as you claim, that in and of itself does not justify deadly force as the DHS policy makes clear.
"The ICE agent fired at least three times, twice "from the side" which means the car was already past him just like I said.'

if the vehicle is PAST the officer he would have to shoot the REAR dumbass

Hard to hit someone who's standing on the left side of a car making a right turn.

Which didn't happen here but even if it had it doesn't justify deadly force unless the person using said force has a reasonable fear of death or serious physical injury.

That didn't exist here.

Your post is about doxxing not celebrating. People were not fired for celebrating. People were not celebrating, at all. I only saw one example where a teacher wanted to call attention on social media to another shooting that happened on the same day and he was fired over it.

A Weaponized car, which she was taught to do, is ‘ using deadly force’.
Has the forum become a word game? Zahlanzi actually wasted a post by admonishing me for using the word Police when referring to these authorities that are the main issue of the debates.
The posters here are evolving childlike. This evidences that you are all short on rationalization, reaching hard to come up with an issue for a post. They are all falling flat.
An example is, I have asked you all if you would rather illegals not be sent back to their countries. Not one of you said that they should. Having crashed into our country illegally..
Pitiful debaters.. Will not even take a side. And you will never deter your one ball of wax existence. You liberals and Democrats are really tight.
Hey, tell Susan that oil executives from everywhere are meeting with Trump in the White House today. I guess he will skip his nap.🤣🤣. Tell her to watch the gas pump prices go down that darn Trump.. ⛽️

No, a car going 2 miles an hour making a turn away from the agent isn't "deadly force".
