@AverageJoe1 saidTotally fitting your role as a Trump propagandist.
Epstein. Seriously. I got you and sue today. Just great.
@no1marauder saidOh. So you have a speed element in mind,,,,the Marauder Factor?
No, a car going 2 miles an hour making a turn away from the agent isn't "deadly force".
@no1marauder saidMy my, you miss the element of intent. A professional protester trained in the art of what she did.
Hard to hit someone who's standing on the left side of a car making a right turn.
Intent city.
@AverageJoe1 saidIn the video it clearly shows she is turning to go around him. She was moving the car either because she feared for her life or because she was asked to move her car by one of the masked, unidentified individuals in the scene.
Oh. So you have a speed element in mind,,,,the Marauder Factor?
In light of the fact that ICE agents are known to detain US citizens for weeks at a time in undisclosed locations without charges or lawyers, I would have tried to flee too.
@AverageJoe1 saidI suppose because you are a nice tame Trump propogandist and sociopath in the mix, you never bothered to notice which way the wheels were turned, totally to the RIGHT AWAY from those bastards but OF COURSE that goes against the fking LIES crapped out by Trump, Noem, VP Vance and the rest totally insuring a REAL investigation will be nothing but another rubber stamped POS worthless politically motivated garbage specifically designed to block real investigations and no doubt the FBI, under that incompetent boob Patel will conclude YEP, he was run over and he had to go to the hospital even though we saw with our own eyes the FACT JACK that he was NOT run over and BTW after he murdered that woman, walked to the crashed car and BACK with no limps, no damage to his body but OF COURSE you as a Trump propagandist will say he was run over no matter WHAT video evidence shows.
Oh. So you have a speed element in mind,,,,the Marauder Factor?
SHAME ON YOU AND ALL THE ASSSHOLES IN TRUMP WORLD.
@wildgrass saidyou would have been shot too

The completely unsubstantiated claims in the trashy tabloid you are relying on doesn't change what our eyes can see.

If that had been your wife coming home from the grocery store, Wildgrass, we can all assume she would have said ‘Oh, my goodness, what shall I do? Officer, shall I turn around, and what is happening, what are the blinking lights,,were any of my neighbors hurt?!?” You get this, I am sure?
But that is not who this interloping trouble-maker, riling people up, was doing. She’d actually dumped her child out of harm’s way, all loaded up to drive into chaos.
So everything you write in this post lacks logic and common sense. What I love (I am on the law’s side) is that GPS will show not only her nefarious movements (to hassle lawmen), but hopefully all of the messaging between her and the other scum. “Meet at the corner of Oak street! Let’s F up these Nazis!,”oh, do I hope they get some real evidence. Ask Marauder about intent, he has a LexNex!
Tell us why your wife would not have done this, when this person did? Please? What would your wife have done! Give the finger? Stomp accelerator ?
No common sense.
PS: Hmmm, do you think the woman miiiiigght have known what the blinking lights were?!? Hmmmmm
@sonhouse saidThe direction of her wheels🤔, pales in comparison to the big picture.

See my post to the hapless Wildgrass.
Uhhhh, what would his wife had done at that location when coming home from the grocery store?
Sonhouse?

Maybe Suzanne can explain this analogy to you. She is very good with my analogies.
If you care to stab at it, talk like a human, not a bot. Appreciate that.
Tell us all the difference in that woman and someone’s wife coming home from a grocery store.
@no1marauder saidIt sounds like they were kettling her

@Cliff-Mashburn
Three points. First, he should have followed his training which teaches law enforcement personnel to NOT stand in front on a vehicle, to remain side-on. Second, he walked away and down the street no worse for wear, no limp, no physical distress. Any contact was minimal so it's hard to justify firing shots. Third, a human being was killed by a bullet in the head. A mom. An American citizen. A six year old boy is dealing with the fact that law officials of his country's government put a bullet in his mom's head in the name of making their community safer. Make that make sense.
Okay, I've slowed down the video and gone frame by frame.
1. Until the shooting, as far as I can tell, the police did everything right. The car was blocking traffic and had to be removed.
2. Moving the car in reverse while the officer was holding on the the car is a hostile and threatening maneuver. I think we can all agree to that. Given that, being wary of the driver is more justifiable.
3. As the car goes into drive, and at the exact moment Ross draws his gun, the wheels are aimed directly at Ross. You can see this clearly - his gun is being raised while the wheels are aimed at him.
4. This is all milliseconds, so it's hard to know exactly when Ross made the decision to pull the trigger, but it seems at least possible that he started squeezing the trigger while the car was headed at him. By the time the gun went off, the wheels were towards the right, but it's hard to know whether Ross would have known that, as he was probably looking at the car or the driver, not the wheels.
Thus, the first shot seems to have been possibly justified.
I see little or no justification for the last 2 shots. So whether he should be convicted of homicide really depends on which shot was the fatal one.
One thing to keep in mind. The issue here is not whether Good "deserved" to die or even what he intent was. The only issue is whether Ross was justified in believing that he needed to shoot to defend himself or others from lethal violence.
