If we weren't supporting Israel, Muslims would pose no threat to the United States. 😆

After WW2 America was hugely popular in the Muslim world - much more so than Britain or France because we never made colonies out of them.

We wasted ALL that good will and put ourselves in DANGER by insanely and blindly supporting this stupid Zionist project called 'Israel.'

End it already. Put the people back where they came from and go back to peace and security. 😆
What a bunch of baloney. First no country should ever allow themselves to get so weak that they submit to the whims and facies of these murderous Islamic states. The US is absolutely correct to do whatever TF they want with their foreign policy and to hell with Islam and Muslims. So take a hike, and I laugh at people like who who want to see Jews moved out of Israel coming up with all these infantile suggestions of moving them, here there and everwhere except in Palestine. How does it feel to never get what you want. Must be hard.

Here is what Perplexity had to say about why Iran and the US is at loggerheads :
The animosity between Iran and the United States has deep roots, but the most direct and enduring phase of hostility began with the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran and the subsequent Iran hostage crisis. On November 4, 1979, Iranian student revolutionaries, with the approval of Ayatollah Khomeini, seized the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and held 52 American diplomats hostage for 444 days. This crisis was a direct response to the U.S. granting asylum to the deposed Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, whom the revolutionaries wanted returned to stand trial. The event marked a dramatic rupture in diplomatic relations and set the stage for decades of mutual distrust and confrontation.

However, the roots of Iranian hostility toward the U.S. can be traced even further back, particularly to the 1953 CIA-backed coup that overthrew Iran’s democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh in favor of the Shah. Many Iranians viewed this intervention as a major betrayal and as evidence of U.S. interference in Iranian sovereignty. The Shah’s regime, which was heavily supported by the U.S., was later overthrown in the 1979 revolution, after which Iran shifted from being a key American ally to a primary adversary almost overnight.

After the revolution, the U.S. and Iran became locked in a cycle of confrontation, including U.S. support for Iraq during the Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s, ongoing sanctions, and proxy conflicts throughout the region. The 1979–81 hostage crisis, however, is widely recognized as the formal starting point of the current era of animosity, leading to the severing of diplomatic ties and a legacy of suspicion and conflict that continues to shape relations today

Muslims pose a threat to the entire non-muslim world, it's their stated goal to take over and force Islam on everybody, and they are now doing a helluva job all throughout Western Europe, openly bragging about how they will be the majority and take over simply with immigration and population growth.
7th century AD and along comes The Prophet and now there are 50 muslim countries, what about all the people and land that they conquered over the conturies ?
Now Israel just wants to be left alone but that's out of the question for them? They want it all for their dicked-up religion?

EXACTLY !
Over the centuries there have been 50 countries that did just that and look at the state they are in now.
2 Billion Muslims and they want to make it 8 Billion, and they are doing a bang-up job of it. Just look at France/England/Germany/etc......they sure are celebrating diversity, aren't they?

Which people need to be put back where?

Arabs to Arabia?
Jews to Judah?

I did not know that.
I wonder if he was behind bars when he converted?
Prison is where most Afro-Americans pick up the calling.
Probably learned how to play chess there too.

I am a dyed-in-the-wool Unitarian from WAY back, if you want to know. 😆

Not that you know what that means - you’ll have to look it up. But don’t believe everything you read…

Whether or not Zionism or Islam are good/bad/evil, how does it benefit American citizens for our government to continually fund and arm Israel, when a very large portion of the world's population believes we are aiding in genocide?
Israel is a finger in the dike trying to hold back Islamic expansionism (albeit probably futilely).

And that probably futile attempt is worth the hatred of the US it generates around the world? How much does that cost us? Not to mention the $14 billion a year we give them (or whatever it is) while many of our citizens are sleeping on the street?

What happens if the US just stops giving them money, weapons, and political cover? Would Israel be able to sustain the Zionist dream without us propping them up? That would be nice, eh?

US military assistance to Israel is about 15% of Israel's defense budget. Do you think if Israel lost this 15% 'propping up', they will be obliterated by any of the Arab nations?

I dont think so Tim.

Great, so let's tend to our own affairs and let Israel tend to theirs.

I'm pretty sure the day will come when that will happen.. but for now the US and Israel are strong allies
