Are you denying the veracity of my report or are you suggesting the surgeon, the head of the team who treated the President and pronounced him dead, is somehow wrong or "mistaken".
B) If he claimed that there was an entrance wound in JFK's forehead, he was wrong. The autopsy was conclusive.
Originally posted by ivanhoeWhat a hypocrite! You've been raving for weeks about the "puppet MSM parroting Hezbollah/Hamas/Whoeveryoudon'tlike propaganda"! You really have an enormous amount of chutzpah, Ivanhoe.
Marauder, you perform the same trick you also perform in other discussions, namely you start doubting the honesty of your opponents. A very nasty habit which introduces mistrust to the debate. It poisons the debate. This method is often used by politicians, but I think we should desist from using it.

Originally posted by no1marauderThe evidence and testimonies which contradict the Warren report have been removed from the table in a very consistent way. The Warren report is a perfect example of a so called "Tunnel Vision" report which has to prove a theory, in this case it was the theory that Lee Harvey Oswald was the one and only shooter and that he acted on his own. Information and testimonies pointing in a different direction were simply ignored.
I saw the video in the first link on a TV show. I wish I could remember the name of the show; it used all the films made at the scene and some fancy computer generated models to show that all the physical evidence is completely consistent with Oswald being the shooter (and the only shooter). Of course, that has been well known for years to anybody who has honestly looked at the data.
Originally posted by ivanhoeHave you ever read it? Or are you simply parroting the claims of conspiracy theorists?

Originally posted by masscatI remember it well also. Most of the people I was with at the time were convinced Russian nukes would be falling on the USA with 24 hours. I was a librarian on a bookmobile at a rural school in northwest Ohio. The next class scheduled to come to the bookmobile didn't show up so I went into the school to remind them. The whole school was watching TV. I joined them for about an hour and then the principal dismissed everyone and sent them home and I returned to our headquarters library.
Following this thread takes me back to the day it happened (yes, I remember it well). Same questions, same debates as over 40 years ago!! I suspect you all will come to the same conclusions.

Yes, several times.
EDIT: Here educate yourself: http://www.archives.gov/research/jfk/warren-commission-report/
