To say that the fetus is part of a woman's body is inaccurate. If that were so, then they could grow them by themselves.

That is why they need the male to participate. Once the female and male parts connect, a life is born.

So I would assume that you would identify the fetus as a parasite.

Both twins are unique and different from the mother. Kill the identical twins and you do nothing to the mother's body. You kill a different person than the mother.
