@AverageJoe1 saidI gave you the formula in my post to wit:
It would make me feel better to round them all up. Send them home where they should be, and invite them to apply for entry into our country. I’m sure you have all the links on that, I don’t study what they call it or how it is operated. If it doesn’t exist, then we need to set up a gate at the border so that people can walk up and say we would like to come in and here is ...[text shortened]... se itinerant illegals getting vouchers from the government. Writing with you is like Groundhog Day.
no1: 7.5 million undocumented immigrants working in our country. What sense does it make to expel them and then hope they can be replaced? They should all be welcomed (unless they have committed serious crimes) and given a path to citizenship. Heck, make them pay a small fine if it makes you feel better.
Like I said, it is somewhat annoying to deal with someone so simple minded.
@no1marauder saidI’m a lawyer!😂😂😂😂

@no1marauder saidWas the US not making it just fine BEFORE the illegals invaded?

@no1marauder saidLet's back up a few months, (like when we had to form an ICE process to rid us of invaders).

The 'Sense' is that we do not know who they are, these people that are sitting at your Thanksgiving table., maybe driving your grandchild to school... You are not listening to your average Joe.

@Mott-The-Hoople saidWe haven't been invaded since Gettysburg.
Was the US not making it just fine BEFORE the illegals invaded?
The question is what to do now unless Elon Musk has invented a time machine.
EDIT: OOPS! I forgot Attu and Kiska. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleutian_Islands_campaign
@AverageJoe1 saidAll I have to know about them is are they usefully contributing to our economy.

If the answer is "yes" (and for the great majority it surely is) then a wise policy is what I suggest.
Your suggestions are based are fear and bigotry. Grown ups should get over both.
@no1marauder saidTo "invade" means to enter a place, space, or state forcefully, intrusively, or in unwanted numbers, typically with hostile intent or disruptive effects.

give it up
@AverageJoe1 saidThanks for the definition.

It clearly doesn't apply to people coming to the US to make a better life for themselves and their families.
@no1marauder saidOhhh, man…
Thanks for the definition.

Whether someone comes here to make a better life or for some ‘other reason’ pick a reason, doesn’t, by itself, determine whether the word applies. Motive and definition are two separate issues.
The definition I cited doesn’t say anything about WHY** someone enters. It speaks to how they enter: forcefully, intrusively, or in unwanted numbers, often with disruptive effects. It can reasonably be described as an invasion based on the nature and effect of the entry, not the personal MOTIVES of each individual.
If you think that definition shouldn’t apply apply here, explain witch part of the definition you believe isn’t met, rather than substituting adifferent definition (help..)based on motive. That is a fair request, cause you are, as they say in a band, behind the beat.
** Why, Irrelevant. Geez
@no1marauder saidLet us all stipulate that immigrants contribute to our economy. Think of the posting that that will save.
