Yep...the looks on the boys faces when they are in public wearing dresses and girly outfits tells the real story, they look miserable. Their mother belongs in a mental hospital and should not have access to them.

Parents should have considerable latitude in how they raise their kids and the State should generally stay out of it unless there's physical harm being caused. That's not the case here so MYOB seems like the proper response regardless of whether you agree with her parenting choices.

There's nothing wrong with me. There's something wrong with you wanting to police the parental choices that families make to insure they meet your ideological standards and use the coercive force of the State to do so.

They can grow up and bitch about their parents like 90% of kids if they like.

Most parents pump their kids full of their own ideologies. I try to avoid forcing my politics on my kids, but it's hard to avoid. Children look to their parents for guidance, even if they chafe at rules and restrictions.

Personally, I consider it abysmally stupid to sanction and foment this king of gender confusion, but it's within the scope of what a parent is allowed to do. Many people might say that raising your kid to believe in an all-powerful Supreme Being who is going to sentence you to an eternity in Hell if you blaspheme or have the wrong kind of sex is abusive. But it's not - because instilling your beliefs/values in your children is normal.

I am very hesitant to dictate how parents can and cannot raise their children.

Clearly their peers will laugh at them, and this will eventually take a toll on their relationship with their mother if they are being forced to dress like a girl. These situations often result in the mother being abused in her retirement years. Its a kind of karma. Sometimes kids kill their parents or find some way to take revenge. She will have a hard time when these boys grow up.

Having good parents is probably the single most important element of good luck any child can have.

But it's not something you can force by government fiat.
