Well, I lost the Knickerbocker account last week, the lady handling it, in cubicle #19, was no longer necessary for my business model, so I had to let her go. I had no recourse, I run a tight ship to make ends meet in my business.

Let's say that you employ 3 women, and you are trying to make money in your business to support your family.........
With new technology, you find that 2 of the women can handle your business, you do not need 3. You can afford to take your kids to Disneyland if you can let one employee go.
Would you keep the employee instead, so that she can be supported by you? And not provide for your family?
