People have walking across that border ever since Europeans invaded someone else’s land and drew the border. Before that they would have roamed north and south across the arbitrary piece of land that you decided was a border.

It would be prudent, for simplicity sake, to resolve whether it is open or not, so that we dint have to banter aroun ...[text shortened]... think it is open.......is there anyone here who thinks it is not open, given the information above?
They would at least post a video (usually taken out of context) that seemed to support their claims. Maybe even hosted on something not breitbart or fox if they felt like putting in extra work.
