So it seems this administration is working to solve the problem.

Obviously, some amount of enforcement of the laws does occur, but it is the case that the current administration is hostile to its enforcement.

I keep wondering why interior immigration enforcement went down so dramatically under the Trump administration. I don't see any other explanation except that he was preserving the key Republican farmer voter by not deporting their illegal employees.

We know where they live and work. And we had a president who pretended to care about enforcement but took it in the opposite direction. At least Biden is honest about it.

Exactly the hypocritical arm of the Republican movement has been feeding cheap labour into the US market whilst screaming blue murder, and getting political mileage out of, ‘all them immigrants’ for decades.
They want them in the US without the kind of citizenship rights that would make them less vulnerable to exploitation by their donors and supporters.

Right now they can get in claiming refugee status. They are processed and told to show up for
a court hearing, and of course, the illegal disappears. What I am saying is, if they have no vaccine passport, do not allow this process.
