We all get news from websites. We don't all get most of our news from websites. That poll you keep bringing up is misleading. It says consume. It does not say consume more.
If you read one article a week you consume it. If you watched the BBC news on TV every day that week you also consumed that. Where did you get most of your news from? TV.
Perhaps you should stick to American topics as you clearly can't comprehend the situation here in the UK where there has been a generational shift away from tv to online news/entertainment. - If you inhabit a world where almost nobody follows news online, good luck to you.

This exchange began when you rejected the link I provided to refute the claim the BBC didn't cover the topic you raised. - You may think only news that appears on tv counts, but you are wrong about that and woefully behind the times.

Wait, didn't you vote for the Reform Party?

Edit: Your point is irrelevant to what was being discussed.

Where did I claim that?

It is you who posted half a report you grabbed from the internet about 500,000 people cancelling their tv licences and omitting the part where it attributed that to other forms of online news.

Where did I claim that, "the cancellations in TV licences was not due to in anyway to dissatisfaction with the BBC bias and conduct" ?

I'm sure some people have done that, but the 500,000 figure you touted was falsely attributed. (Even according to the report you grabbed it from).

Who's talking about live broadcast news? Why have you suddenly introduced that? How is it relevant to the conversation I was having with metal head about more people now accessing news online?

Were you even following the conversation?!

The 500,000 figure you reported supported my argument about a generational shift to alternative online news. It didn't support your own argument (until you edited out half of it).

No sir. You just haven't been following the exchanges.

Still backing Nigel Farage?...
