Alright, I have made my choice. The second book shall be Candide, by Voltaire. It's a manageable book that should be readily available. Report back in two weeks. Then we shall pass the baton to someone else to pick a new book after that.

I just hope we get more that two people to participate this time around.
Count me in. Maybe send a reminder to all a few days in advance of the
due date?

It's a piddly little book with only 144 pages. You'll be mocked unmercifully if you can't finish it in time.

It'll probably take me a week to find a copy of it, but I'll try.

Have a look here if you can't find a 'real' copy: http://etext.library.adelaide.edu.au/v/v93c/

I just got done with the Grapes of Wrath. The movie was sik, but man that book was so boring.

You guy should read a book called "fresh wind, fresh fire".

I had to because it was a college class. But truly because of my learning disability, I have my mommy read it as well as the Cliffnotes.
But I did read the first 4 chapters on my own.

And I do read a lot of Christian books likeanatomy of a lie and Prayer & Spiritual Warfare

Am I reading this correctly? You got your mother to read the book to you?

Yes to were I can read about 6 pages in 30 minutes she can do in about half the time.

And when I hear it I understand it beater then from reading it with my mind.

Like when I read the Lord of the Ring Books I got that from RFB&D on tape to listen to. It took me a 3 days to listen to the Hobbit to were if I read it by myself maybe a month.

Dr.S go to Google and look up RFB&D.
