So what does everyone think? Should not the judge have declared a mistrial, given a hung jury, instead of putting his nose into and creating law on the spot, saying he would change the charges to suit him? Outlandish. He will be admonished for this silliness. Reminds me of that grinning cab-driver judge in Trump case brought by the dressing-room girl.
Another thing: We learn from this case to never help anyone. I have two black belts and can beat anybody, but if i come upon a rapist beating up a girl, I am not going to kick his ass. I could end up getting sued by his brother who is standing there, his basis being I am a racist. Or, that brother could stab me in the back while I am beating crap out of the rapist.
Anyway, women say that they do not need men, it is the age of women now, so let her handle him herself I will walk away. I just hate it, she is probably a nice person.

Are we just supposed to guess whatever the hell you're talking about?

Penny's extremely fortunate the jury couldn't agree on the manslaughter charge; he held Neely in a chokehold for almost 6 minutes and refused to let go even though another passenger told him so because Neely wasn't moving.
@shavixmir saidSorry, ive never fought anythiing ,, just making a point that the best defender of a person being mugged may want to think about it, and not defend.
That he had two black belts and still wouldn’t help a woman being raped.
Your society is seriously fvcked up.
And I don’t believe for one minute he has even 1 brown belt.
@no1marauder saidThen this is a vote on the Forum that the guy should be convicted.

So, never help anyone. Why,, you might get convicted
@AverageJoe1 saidPeople who rely on articles or talking heads in the media for their facts get nowhere near enough information compared to a jury at a trial to criticize the latter.

The case is about excessive force, not about whether anyone should be "helped" or not. The law sets limits on the use of force.
@no1marauder saidthe public is fortunate this drug abusing psychopath is gone…wonder how many of th 20 recent subway pushings he did.

Penney is a hero!
This case is more of the left dividing the country. All the qualifications were there, white against black
@no1marauder saidwhat was neelys cause of death?

@Mott-The-Hoople saidAre you on the jury?
what was neelys cause of death?
That's a question of fact for the jury, not right wing internet posters, to decide.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidJust because right wingers like yourself rejoice every time a black man is killed doesn't make it justified under the law.

The case was rightfully prosecuted and it is up to the jury to decide.
@no1marauder saidnot on the jury any more than you are. I only asked you a question, your being afraid to answer is the answer.
