1. I am not a racist and as promised I am reporting your post for that which it is.

2. I have never said that you alone are critical of it.

3. If this report, using the same methodology, had churned out the message the critics of it had wanted to hear, would they have been equally criticial of it?

And therein lies your problem. Just because people feel something doesn’t make it a measurable fact.
Just because there is racism, doesn’t make it systemic or institutionalised.

And you are blind to it.

"My comment was in response to your assertion that it’s (sic) supporters had not read it."

Can Kevcvs57 QUOTE where I allegedly wrote that, apart from mentioning Divegeester's
belated claim that he did NOT read the report? I pointed out that Divegeester
knee-jerk condemned criticism of the report that he later claimed NOT to have read.

Is Kevcvs57 dishonestly implying that I must have projected Divegeester to
represent ALL supporters of the report.”

I can extrapolate from a single example to a generalisation if the end point is an accurate picture of reality. I’ve checked snd that’s definitely allowed. Do you think a majority of its supporters or detractors have read it, because if they had it would be a world first.
Please point where I implied that you claimed divegeester represented all of its supporters.
It’s supporters will have nuanced attitudes to this report just as it’s detractors do.
I consider myself a detractor or certainly not a supporter of its headline claim but I do welcome the news that most BAME groups do not appear to fare any worse in the educational setting than the majority white community with the exception of the black Caribbean group.
Once they have stopped frothing at the mouth over the near farcical statement concerning our lack of institutionalised or systemic racism these educational experts and scholars could take that aspect of the report back to government and perhaps target some resources toward that group from the education budget. Perhaps they could finance these extra funds from a yearly windfall tax on the private school sector once they’ve finally rescinded their charitable status.

“ This thread just shows that most, if not almost all, white Brits here are
determined to deny, miminise, or excuse white racism in the UK.
Denying white racism is about the most emotionally comfortable position for most white people to take.”

Of course being correct about the shortcomings of this report does excuse s you individual from their personally held racist views or comments.

Duchess absurdly clings to her feelings that any racism in the UK government must be institutional, even though all laws ban racism, government departments have escalation and complaints departments and even reports suggest any racism isn’t institutional.

White privilege exists, Asian privilege does not... according to Duchess. That makes you a racist. That alone, never mind the endless racist and discriminatory rants about white men and the West.

Your hate filled and fear oozing posts projecting your own misgivings upon others is horrendous.

And I did report you. And I asked for you not to be banned. Just so you know.

You FFing hypocrite.

Oh, darling, I don’t reserve the right to hurl it at any old non-white person. I hurl it at racists, whether they are white, pink, brown or yellow.
And you are a racist.

There are no formal or informal structures of racism within the institution of the British government.

What you are talking about is systemic racism based on inherent bias. Even if you don’t know it, that is what you are on about.
And the systemic part is not proven and this report concludes that it cannot prove it either.

Nobody is saying there is no racism.

And that’s the end of it. You are a fukking moron.

I didn’t put words in your mouth it’s far too full of your own trademark lies and distortions for anyone to find the room for that.
“ Absurdly dishonest, as I expected from Kevcvs57.

So I pointed out that Divegeester (Kevcvs57's fellow white Brit) claimed that he had
NOT read the report BEFORE he hastened (knee-jerk) to demand censorship of criticizing it.
And Kevcvs57 idiotically concludes that I must believe that Divegeester must represent all supporters of the report!”

That’s a bare faced lie show me where I claimed anything of the sort or stop lying about other peoples posts.

“ Let's consider an analogy to Kevcvs57's 'logic':
1) Hitler supported the NSDAP (Nazi Party).
2) Hitler was a vegetarian.
3) Therefore, all supporters of the NSDAP were vegetarians.”

Note that duchess clearly believes that she’s speaking to an adoring audience that hangs on her every word even while she is blatantly lying in conjunction with her tired old Hitler the vegetarian analogy that didn’t really work as a strawman the first time she cited it.

“ The official report was obviously designed as political propaganda.
It clearly ignored the overwhelming consensus of research and scholarship.
It also blatantly misrepresented non-white academics (who deny it) as supporting it.”

Then it was political propaganda designed by its members the vast majority of whom are BAME members so according to your own belief that token Uighur participation in Chinese politics and media means everything must ok and talk of institutional racism is grossly overstated.
Lol I bet you didn’t think that piece of nonsense would come back to bite you quite so soon.
