The report is about 250 pages duchess I doubt very much that it’s critics have read it in any more depth than it’s supporters have.
It’s critics have quite rightly latched on to its very suspect headline conclusion that institutional racism in the uk is more a problem of perception than one of reality.

Long ago I concluded the Duchess had abysmal comprehension of reality. (At best.)

Edit: Perhaps later we can discuss the blatant racism Duchess has shown previously towards Somalians.
