I was making a point about how it's BS to let Trump off the hook just because he added "some" of those immigrants might not be rapists, just like I added "some" are okay people about Mott's family.

So why single out Mexican immigrants? The answer is obvious: Trump is racist.
How do we know Trump is racist? We also have actions Trump did after becoming president, like pardoning Joe Arpaio, who was convicted of illegally targeting and rounding up Hispanics, denying them their rights, putting them in chain gangs, etc. Trump not only pardoned a man convicted of this, but also said that same scumbag is doing a "great job".
So even if you somehow had doubts Trump was racist when he demonized Mexican immigrants, there's absolutely no way to doubt that with his actions after.
