Just yes or no. The criminals. Yes, the nature of rounding up hundreds of people does occasionally result in accidentally arresting an innocent, that is let go, and not sent off to some country. It is an imperfect process, like if the line boss tells you to fix 8 broken lawnmowers but you start taking the cowl off of a perfectly fine mower sitting there. It happens. Still gotta fix those other mowers!
So arrest crime committers, or leave them alone to do their stuff?. Kill people, rape people, be lost in a world with which they are unfamiliar, and where they are DEFINITELY not welcome.
