Kamala started laughing at Trump before he said eating dogs and cats. The debate was obviously a setup so Kamala knew exactly what Trump was about to say. It was as fake as pro wrestling smack talk. She could not even time her laugh right. Like laughing before the punch line of a joke you are pretending to have never heard before.
