And yes, DEI is mainly about inclusion. Not making it more difficult for certain people to get ahead due to the color of their skin. Making the workforce more diverse is a way to get there. Equity is why. We are ALL Americans and treating some differently because they are black, or Hispanic, or Asian, or even a woman is inherently disgusting to me, but sometimes it is literally all some of you can talk about.
And this is what Kamala was talking about when she said we all need to be in the same place at the end of the day, a comment some of you found disgusting because "How dare she speak of equality that way? These people are not white!" We all need to have the same opportunities. OPPORTUNITY. That is what the greatness of America is all about, and Donald Trump would cut certain people off from opportunity.
