The former doesn't mean the party is fascist.

Parubiy was a member of at least five different parties. He is now an MP from the pro-European party.
Tyagnybok is the head of a political party that is barely gaining 1%. Now he is not even an MP.

The Russian government undoubtedly reacted violently to the illegal coup which overthrew the elected Ukrainian President in 2014 but the West's stubborn insistence on pushing a military alliance right to Russia's doorstep is the real fuel to this fire. And NATO's new found dedication to the territorial integrity of States is hypocritical given that it militarily detached Kosovo from Serbia (an act not authorized by its charter).
There is blame on both sides and it would do both of them well to come to an equitable agreement.
