What happens if Joe the Plumber with 3 kids goes bankrupt? That's a lot more likely than a billionaire who's already sunk tens of millions of dollars into the US economy will.

So let’s recap the billionaire has ldeposited his sperm in a woman and she deposits that mature fertilized egg/sperm in the United States of America. He does this with 112 women. So, should these babies automatically be citizens given the true nature of their being, and the reasons for their being, and what would happen with the care of these babies if the billionaire dies broke and the surrogates disappear? You already said that it is OK for people all over the world to drop Surrogate babies in our country. Yes, we know you have said that. How about tell us what would happen if he dies and they disappear?

Foreigners account for over 40% of surrogate clients in the US adding hundreds of millions or perhaps billions of dollars to the US economy. You've yet to come up with a single logical reason to restrict this practice and ruin these businesses. Surrogate parents have the same responsible of care as any other parent with the same legal tools to enforce it; the idea a billionaire is going to avoid that is preposterous.
