Might as well publish this one, BIG vote this week on Save America bill in the senate, it already passed Congress.
How would you vote if photo ID were easy and cheap.? I would vote that all citizens must have a proof of citizenship and a photo ID. They have nine months right now to go get ID that would be available tomorrow.
So, in that scenario, would you vote that voters must have a proof of citizenship and a photo ID???

Edit: This US dem senator required pho ID for his personal town hall meeting, but voting to not require at fed elections.

If my granny saw him on the street, she would slap him silly.

Voter ID Is Overwhelmingly Popular with Literally Everyone — Except Democrat Politicians
-----------------------------------

Pew Research Center: 83% of Americans favor requiring all voters to show government-issued photo ID to vote,
including 95% of Republicans and 71% of Democrats. Just 16% of Americans are in opposition.

cont.

The House just passed this bill and sent it on to the Senate for passage.
But in the house vote, ALL democrats but one voted against the measure.

House of REPRESENTATIVES, my foot. They represent the people with money and power. They are a criminal gang.

Are those who responded to that poll aware that this bill will disenfranchise tens of millions of voters like married woman who didn't change their name on their driver's licenses or anybody who forgot to update to a current address or etc. etc.?https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/analysis-opinion/new-save-act-bills-would-still-block-millions-americans-voting

Democrats voted to protect the sacred right to vote against yet another attempt by right wingers to stop millions of eligible citizens from exercising that right.

God, you never quit. So a woman gets married, she has in her possession legal proof of her name changing from Annie Smith to Annie Jones, and she uses THAT, THAT, information to identify who she is and that ought to do it Jesus;

What is the big burden, Marauder? My grandmother says that technically it is an unfair burden to require that a voter wear clothes to the voting booth. So, they have to BUY CLOTHES for $20 to go to the polls.
You gonna tell us the difference?

The bill doesn't allow that which you would know if you ever looked at any information besides right wing propaganda. If there's any variance between the ID and the voter registration you're disqualified.

Why insist on making people jump through hoops to exercise their rights?

You tell us please what constitutes jumping through hoops

Here is a list of all of the many countries requiring that people who vote for their LEADERS be people who are qualified by the organizations/countries that they are voting in. At the bottom you will see USA with an 'X' in red by its name. And we are the greatest country, housing the Leader of The Free World........................for god sake. We donjt want unknowns and losers to be tellling us who to lead us, why do you not capice?? To be obstinate for morning fun??

I see no one bloodied up from having to jump through hoops. Not a one. Show us one.

Why did you never respond to this,,,,,,,but to be fair, not one liberal would, because I nail it as usual with an analogy.

50 women are members of a bridge club. They are going to meet on Saturday at noon to vote on a rule for the bridge club. They all meet, and two guys and a girl walk in that are not members of the bridge club...... they demand that they'd be allowed to vote on the new rule.
Follow me here,,,,,and, please, answer the question. I answer all questions. Ask me a question..

Here is my question. Here it is . The unadulterated question, even sue and Shouse would get it.....
Should any or all of the 3 people be allowed to vote and have their votes counted in the vote?

No. Your question is stupid and I'm not going to waste time on it. Literally no one is saying "non members" should be allowed to vote.

Bill's been in your bridge club for 10 years and has his bridge club ID to prove it. He moves and doesn't have the address on it changed. So now he can't vote.

As I already showed you, every State has methods to verify voter ID.

I appreciate your actually answering!!!!

Of course, you are wrong,…… to allow strangers (unidentified people) to vote is INDEED allowing non-members (non citizens) to vote. You def need to clarify such a statement.
Oh Lord, I fear a word game coming on? You liberals are good at that, we are not but we try to field them as best we can..

Here again, great evidence of a liberal who does not close his post. Your Bill analogy stops short when it says his address has not been changed. Follow me here, please, he needs to have his address changed on his membership card.!! My granny did that just last week.
Oh my gosh, will that be cumbersome, somewhat disenfranchising, to cause him to jump through hoops?

Well, is that not what goes with privilege of citizenship. Making your stand as a citizen? Help me, Rhonda..

We can certainly trust those democrats can’t we?

Voting isn't a "privilege": it's a right.

In my State, changing the address on your driver's license or State ID requires a visit to a DMV office (which in cities means several hours of your time) and paying a fee. Yes, that's burdensome and adds nothing to any goal of preventing fraud. So such a requirement is just a way to reduce the number of voters.

Every polling station I ever saw was manned by representatives of both of the big money parties. Trust isn't required.

We currently have a 'system' in the UK whereby we (I'm still officially a UK citizen) have a different number for our drivers licence, National Insurance, tax, passport, and so on, which seems to me to be ridiculous. A single numerical identifier at birth to cover everything would be so much simpler, for everyone. This has been mooted for years, but always meets resistance on the grounds of 'human rights' and I don't really get the argument. So sure, voter ID, why not? People living illegally in any given country shouldn't be voting anyway.
