Most Photo ID's don't have to be renewed for years; I don't have to get a new one with a new photo until 2030. People's appearances can change a lot in a few years.

Unless someone knows what precinct I live in and can fake my signature to a high degree, they can't vote in my spot. What more should be required and why?
