Verdict! Defendant loses, lack of supporting evidence, directed judgment. His only witness testified that it is too much trouble to carry a document to a voting precinct. Not enough to sway me, Judge Trump..
Observation of the court after bench trial. Should have requested bleeding heart jury trial..
@AverageJoe1 saidOr that you have asinine analogies.
You are reaching, I have said very clearly that everyone wakes up tomorrow and has a photo ID on their bedside table. Or whatever. Thus no reasonfor me to explain ‘ how it is created’. A fairy brings it during the night. Get real, whatever, they have it.
OK, we can put the icing on the cake when Susie Anne jumps in and says “”there’s no such thing as a fairy. “””
...[text shortened]... fact that you were trying to qualify by asking how it is created shows you are grasping for straws..
@AverageJoe1 saidDo you really need a lesson on how America works?
This is actually your best post on the subject. It is like we are sitting at a Starbucks..
I’d laugh, and say yes, you would go to the voting precinct, and give them ‘’a’ name. 🤫
And what is this ‘pull up some records with (40 or 50, decades) of signatures’
. (Is this little volunteer gonna confirm some signatures to match?)
Then, if I follow, you are handed a bal ...[text shortened]... , look back in the courtroom, the judge is admonishing your lawyer for bringing this thing in there.
What next? Need a primer on how jury duty works?
The precinct across town won't even have your name because you're not registered there. Duh.
Most people vote-by-mail anyways. Are you stupid?
Why do you hate America?
@AverageJoe1 saidWho's the one coming up with this cockamamie stuff? You.
No, what it really shows is that left wingers are trying to rig elections by bringing in people from Yemen, putting them in a coat and tie, and walking them into the voting precinct.
Do y’all still pay people to vote for y’all? Picking people up in the buses and handing five dollars each to each one of them, all the Black people in Atlanta will attest to that. Thes ...[text shortened]... ID. You see they know what it’s all about been there done that. Don’t want to be part of your scam.
It's like you've been doing this all along, thinking everyone else does it too.
Why do you hate America?
@Earl-of-Trumps saidMe either, and this is the most classic I Dont Care sitiuation that I have seen. I could sue you for driving on my grass,,,,,,,why would anyone care
I have no idea
what is his problem? This has to be a hobby, like chess
@AverageJoe1 saidStop lying. You lie just like your master.
I think that we can all assume that Suzanne is missing in actions simply because of my one question, asking her how she has said on the one hand, that the people, the majority of people, should be the ones to decide policy for lack of a better word. So this election is about policy and 86% of the population want to have photo ID.
The next post from Suzanne ANNE shoul ...[text shortened]... !
Speaking of flip, I am flipping one thread after another. I wonder what my next topic will be?
Produce these bogus polls.
@AverageJoe1 saidIf you're on the registered voter list, how can they say they don't know you?
???? This argument fails out of the gate, as you mention signing of your name when you have not even proven who you are yet. She/he will hardly hand you something to sign when they Do Not Know Who You Are, Geez and whew.
You make no sense.
@AverageJoe1 saidYou're not bored, you're just losing the argument.
Oh God, there is that word disenfranchise, it sounds so queer to tell you the truth. Those people are no different than me. They can get a picture taken, and I can get a picture taken.
Did you know they would be voting on the leader of the free world? They would be voting on how much money is taken from one person and given to another. I would think you would be concerne ...[text shortened]... and apologizing for how he got his projections mixed up. We knew that his projections were mixed up.
@no1marauder saidNot only possible, but probable.
Woman gets a new haircut. Some poll watcher says "this doesn't look like you". Voter disqualified.
Possible under the SAVE Act?
@AverageJoe1 saidYou sound like you've done this before.
Because they cannot be sure who you are. As to signatures, you’re getting rather silly about some woman sitting there eight hours a day verifying alll signatures.
If I know you sold a house, I can go to the county registrar and see a copy of the warranty deed. I will know your signature. I’ll slip in to vote “ that 10 minutes” before you!!!, and vote in your name, wi ...[text shortened]... d by none other than average Joe. And further, average Joe ends up voting twice for Donald Trump.!!!
If you had, though, you'd be in jail, so yeah, go ahead, give it a try.
@Suzianne saidFollow me. If Marauder's name is on a voting list, the attendant will be awaiting his arrival, but does not know him,,,,,,
If you're on the registered voter list, how can they say they don't know you?
You make no sense.
A guy walks in, 'I am No1 Marauder, i would like to vote". Tell us, sue, what happens after that. Like,,,,follow me...does she ask him for anything.
Then, the BIG question of the month, is what he gives o her adequate to prove that he is Mr Marauder?
Why will you not answer this question??
1 edit
@AverageJoe1 saidThe answer is no.
Awwwww, easy man.you embarrass yourself.
This issue (TWI, trouble with issues) is NOT about what might occur if a fraudster was discovered committing election fraud. Is it all about courts to you?
The issue. Is that I can pretend to be someone else. Easily….and getaway with it.
So, can I go to the Potsdam County voting precinct, with your signature perfectly mem ...[text shortened]... e way, I think the forum should give me an award for having the most yes/no questions in the forum.
If you think it's sooooo easy, go try it.
And oh yeah, here's your plastic trophy, Mr. Trump.
@Suzianne saidCould it be her problem, her fault, that she cannot prove who she is? Or, Is it the fault of the agent thatshe will not let a person who cannot prove identity vote on the issues at hand?
You're not bored, you're just losing the argument.
Where is the onus?
Try this. What if Avjoe tries to 'test' the agent, and walks in with an ID where I am wearing a wig and glasses. She cannot see that that is me.
Should the agent go to extremes about it, being puzzled, or more likely tell me that the ID does not show that it is me?
Answer: "Sir, this ID does not show that you are AvJoe.' Once again, where is the onus. (Hey, sue, good analogy?)
