The question you should be asking…what does leaving dead people on the voter rolls do? Make numbers work out.

If a station has 100,000 voters ( including dead) and vote total shows 100,000 then nothing is suspected.

PLESSE dont suggest that you prefer a candidate who was raised in , say, Saudi Arabia and 'americanized' whatever that means, to a person who was raised in Topeka Kansas with all the trappings of, say, a Harry Truman. I speak of background and american-instilled values, not plans to change our 250 - yr old values., such as that. Things we learned in 5th grade, not things learned in Saudi Arabia.
