If he wins out becoming a dictator all that will be moot since there won't BE a 2028 election since he will be in total power and won't ALLOW elections, or have them like Putin does, where he wins by a 90% margin, I won with SUCH a mandate.

Elected!?! You libs have been saying a lot of people in government have not been elected. Well, Trump was elected. He also has the power to hire people. The FBI people were not elected. I'm not concerned over the possibility the Constitution will be amended in this manner; it's a non-serious attempt that would only apply to Trump.
I have always opposed term limits including for the President though. But don't expect Republicans to get behind any change that would let Obama run again (he'll only be 67 in 2028).

The issue is the process to get there.
Bill Clinton for all faults also balanced the US budget. He cut a lot of bloat. At the same time, he doubled our nations investment in biomedical research, and set us up for decades of world leadership in this industry.
