@AverageJoe1 saidAnd you continue in your area of expertise, professional troll.
Whatever. You are in a hole and can't get out.
Multiple times?????? Why'd such a simple question take multiple anything? Here is a question, tailored just for you, so you can demonstrate a straight answer.
Should an illegal immigrant who has killed 12 people, on death row,, with paid tuition, be let out of prison and allowed to begin college with other students at Yale?
That is the total sum of your work here.
@AverageJoe1 saidGoing to tough to do with DOGE firing administrative judges and their staff when there's already a 3.7 million case backlog.https://www.kpbs.org/news/border-immigration/2025/03/24/doge-fired-immigration-judges-putting-more-strain-on-an-already-stressed-system
CNN poll today.....majority of Americans in favor of deportations. I sure wish they would say why they want people illegally in our country to leave.

Imagine how difficult it is for him to balance, in this case, the amount of judges that he has to retain when trying to get rid of the waste. Or he could do as you all would like, and just go sit on a beach. He would really have to dumb himself down, however, to do something like that. His mind goes a mile a minute, trying to accomplish equality and equity in this country. You liberals are blind.
Oh, and equality and equity globally. You have heard that we have been taken tremendous advantage of, and he is not going to take it anymore. A great leader.
For me, I certainly hope that he does not waste the time of these judges by dumping people who are not even supposed to be in this country into the courtrooms. The constitution says nothing about illegal people having a right to be in this country.
@AverageJoe1 saidThe Constitution says something about all persons having a right to due process. The SCOTUS just reiterated that applies to deportation proceedings.

Last year the bipartisan border bill.would have added immigration judges and staff and streamlined proceedings to cut down the backlog and speed the process. Trump and Republicans killed the bill and are now worsening the situation.

@no1marauder saidI would say they are bettering the situation if they’re getting illegal people out of my country. Kind of like you would better your situation if you got illegal invaders and squatters out of your living room. Your wonderful Nexis references I am afraid would not let you kick those people out of your house either. But you, marauder, think all that is OK. Your precious undaunted reliance on the law saying that it takes six months to evict someone from my house are not well founded, are they?

@no1marauder saidProcess for what, for God sakes?

Just what, exactly? Had a crime been committed, calling for judges to intervene? What in the hell?
@AverageJoe1 saidAsk them again after they get deported.

@AverageJoe1 saidWhen was the last time you actually read the Constitution?

I'm guessing never.
Don't let the big words scare you.
@AverageJoe1 saidIt does, however, talk about due process. More than once.

Your Trump-love is as sickening as a body covered in maggots.
@AverageJoe1 saidIf Yale still exists after you nihilists get done with education in this country.

@AverageJoe1 saidFunny, you keep calling them "illegals" but now can't figure out if they've committed a crime or not (many haven't, a fair amount might have committed the petty misdemeanor of illegal entry, and a small minority might have committed serious offenses which they should be prosecuted for).

Anyway, what about this sentence is sooooooooooooooooooooo hard to grasp:
"The SCOTUS just reiterated that applies to deportation proceedings." Specifically:
"The detainees’ rights against summary
removal, however, are not currently in dispute. The Government expressly agrees that “TdA members subject to removal under the Alien Enemies Act get judicial review.” Reply in Support of Application To Vacate 1. “It is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law” in the context of removal proceedings. Reno v. Flores, 507 U. S. 292, 306 (1993). So, the detainees are entitled to notice and opportunity to be heard “appropriate
to the nature of the case.” Mullane v. Central Hanover
Bank & Trust Co., 339 U. S. 306, 313 (1950). More specifically, in this context, AEA detainees must receive notice after the date of this order that they are subject to removal under the Act. The notice must be afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs.
For all the rhetoric of the dissents, today’s order and per
curiam confirm that the detainees subject to removal orders
under the AEA are entitled to notice and an opportunity to
challenge their removal. The only question is which court
will resolve that challenge."
