let's not miss the point. that's just a naming convention. it is called a fetus since the 10th or so week but there is a difference between that and an 8 month fetus.

the correct argument is that nobody aborts a 6th month fetus in the first place. That's just called birth.

except in cases of severe abnormalities or danger to the the mother. We do not want laws regarding abortion because we don't want a judge taking the decision from a doctor. Terminating the fetus should be a decision between the doctor and the woman. Terminations in such a late stage often imply the woman is in iminent danger, going to a court or having the doctor fear jail or license loss is downright criminal.

Call them what ever you want, as you admit they are humans in the womb. Defending killing them has made defending killing out of the womb simply another choice to some.

you are comparing a homophobic piece of manure killing his gay children because they are gay with a woman having an ectopic pregnancy that is literally killing her and needing to terminate a pregnancy that wouldn't be viable anyway?

i know that religion is pretty antithetical to logical thinking but i think that you specifically would be dumb all on your own. At this point one can no longer blame just religion and upbringing.

I had a read. This story demonstrates the end result of vigilante justice v a functioning system of criminal justice. Vigilantism leads to a constant stream of violence.

My point is that the criminal justice system in many countries have failed, and murderers, pedophiles, rapists go free and create havoc in society.

If a baby is 10 minutes from being born, and it is directed, not to the bassinet awaiting him but rather to the sink in the corner of the room to have its spinal cord snipped, could you elaborate on what is happening? Tell us what the doctor is doing, such as that? And what is then done with the baby, that has never been discussed. Is there a priest present, ready for last rites?

Can you do that for people like me, maybe to settle our minds?

I ignore the gay aspect of his post; I do not see it as meaningful, since any excuse to kill someone, as far as I'm concerned, is no different than any other. The value of a life, regardless of sexual preferences, does not diminish the life's value. I had to apologize to him for that.

Aeschylus was right 2500 years ago and he remains right today.

Crime is down considerably in most "advanced" countries from 30 years ago and a small number of horror stories does not justify your Chicken Little attitude.

You must also not support Donald Trump, a fervent supporter of the death penalty, which, unlike most republicans, you surely not support?
