..did you know that there is a new method for treating the pool rather than
the chlorine method....they put salt in the water...i don't know how much but
it does what the chlorine used to do..ask around..could be alot cheaper..

My brother in law uses the salt method. It has pros and cons. The negatives are the development of more calcium chloride which must be vacuumed and filtered through the system. Costwise, it is only marginally cheaper. The jury is still out on whether it will be better ecologically in the long term.
