It might be best if you just speak for yourself. I certainly don't believe everything I am told. How can you be possitive FMF is not a Moderator? He wouldn't be allowed to tell you if he was.
Remember Mods are all nameless now, well except for the ones we know from years ago, who may or may not still be Moderators, or may have left the site altogether.

Again, he would not be allowed to tell you if he was. Do we really know anyone we speak to on the Internet? Have you met FMF in person? Even then you can think you know someone, then all of a sudden they do something you figured that they would never do.
If I were a Moderator and was not allowed to tell you if I was, I would similarly, being in an official capacity within a business that provides a service that thousands of people pay for and whose service can be suspended or removed without compensation by a Moderator - I would not be allowed to lie about not being one.either.
The web site would leave itself open to litigation and the solicitors who helped Russ draw up his legal status would not allow him to allow those helping him to run his site to lie about their role.
So even according to your logic, if I were a Moderator, I would have to say 'no comment' when asked about my role in the running of the web site. If I was one but lied about it, Russ would simply have to intervene as he could not have people acting on his behalf lying to his customers about the workings of his business.
I have stated unequivocally that I am not a Moderator, so I can't be one. 😏

If you said 'no comment', it would be a dead give away you were a Moderator. I haven't saw Russ deny that you were a Moderator. 😉

There have been 3 or 4 posters trotting out the same "gag" day after day, across multiple threads, for over a week. It might have had a bit a forum banter humour if it had been said once or twice ~ with the "joke" being at Suzianne's expense, admittedly ~ but it's become as if the 3-4 people in question just can't think of anything else to post, but feel they must post anyway. Most peculiar. 😛
