Just wondering if anyone has had good or bad experience there.
We placed an online order with them last Thursday. It said "in stock usually ships in 24 hrs". I got the order conf email, but not a shipment conf email.
So Saturday I call customer service. They said they were a little behind, but item was in stock, and it would ship Sunday.
Monday I was told it would ship Tuesday.
Tuesday I was told it would ship Wednesday.
It is Wednesday and still no word it has shipped. There customer service recording claims that orders placed by 3:00PM usually ship same day.

I'm hoping this is just an isolated incident, and that I don't have to call customer service yet again.

Have you checked your visa or whatever card you used to see if the money has been taken out for the order? If so, you can dispute the charge with the credit card company and get your money back.
It's now Thursday, still no shipment. I am not happy. π
