SOMETIMES! In some games I want to fortify my partner but his countries aren't on my dropdown menu!

Territories have got to be linked by a chain of either yours or your partners territories for you to fortify to them.

Chances are you're picking one of your partners territories that's cut off or isolated by opponents.

You can't steal troops from your teammate right?

I tried that but it won't let you.

The only thing you can do is give him extra troops, but you can't steal his troops.

nope, and this really pisses me off sometimes. you can only fortify your troops to your opponents countries that are touching yours.

3-1 for me. I got whooped in the first one I ever played. One guy was so much better so I thought I would take him head on for the benefit to me and the other newbie playing. Bad Idea! I got stuck inbetween in Europe and got hammered by both side.
