I know I can deploy and fortify from my teams countries. Can I attack from the teams countries too?
And the cards. If my teammate holds the country and I got the card, do we get +2 when I trade it in?

you can't really make a plan like that so early, best to just get the continent and try to stop your opponents from getting 1. then just take it from there really.
As for our Triple, I made a brief comment on there. Looking pretty good now, just hope that guy moves already so i can have a go 🙂
