i'll play a flat rate tribles game? those esc games are really annoying, to much luck involved for my tastes.

What are you talking about, Huck? Going through that game and calculating cards, it looks like each time you eliminated someone you ended up with at least five cards (yours plus whoever you eliminated). Plus, what are you talking about 'two occassions'?

No you dont, you just need three that make a set
Hmmm, I think you may be right actually. If you have 6 cards but you have 2 sets, you can cash them both in immediately. I'm gonna find out for sure.

You're both right.

As soon as you get a set you can cash it in. The maximum number of cards you can have before you get a valid set is 5.

I think it forces you to cash in automatically when you have 5 cards doesn't it? And with three you have the option? That is the way I understood it.
Ping!

yes but when you've just knocked someone out of the game and you get their cards you can only cash in a set if theres 5 or more cards, otherwise you have to wait until your next turn.

That's what I thought.

But isn't it weird that you can cash in two sets, if you have them? By that logic, you should have to wait until your second turn to cash in the second set if you have less than 5 cards.

yeah it is, that can decide some games, especially in the smaller map, 20 troops can do a lot of damage. another reason why i hate esc games.

Right and I tested that out in my game with your guys. It didn't work until I had 5 cards or more.

they got lost in the mail 😡

this is my favorite map, its really easy to understand after a few turns. you get an extra 2 troops if you own the flagged country of your region.
